Melissa (Mea) Andrews has over fifteen years of B2B technology experience in the areas of growth-driven marketing, go-to-customer strategies, marketing operations and customer programs. She is outcome and ROI-driven, believes in servant leadership and is strongly committed to delivering an elevated customer experience.

Her career spans a variety of industries including enterprise hardware, SaaS, revenue management, sales enablement, and procurement. She has led initiatives in critical business areas including: integrated marketing strategies, customer advocacy programs, sales transformation, global events, and digital marketing. Mea has also defined, built and scaled business development and marketing functions for several growth-stage technology firms.

Currently she is scaling her technology start-up, Haystack Conferences while also working as the VP of Client Marketing & Communications for a 3-rd party support company based in the Bay Area.

What can I get from a board?

I understand how to distill complexity down into executable work packages. I work very well with different functional groups. I understand how to position the benefit of an initiatives or task so that everyone involved make it a priority. I love showing gratitude in direct and indirect ways which is important in any volunteer and paid position.
